The House of Norway depends on our membership to fulfill our mission. Get involved to meet with other Norwegians and Norwegian-Americans, learn more about the history and culture of Norway and the Norwegians and serve the visiting public once of twice per year. Contact the membership committee or just come to one of our membership meetings. You can download a membership application here:
"How it works"
As a member, you are expected to participate in at least four of our 12 membership meetings per year, and serve at the House once or twice per year. In addition, we have fun special events such as our Annual Christmas Party, participation in Balboa park events, and workshops. As an associate or honorary member, you are not required to serve. Members with long-time service to the House may be nominated and awarded honorary membership.
Cost
The House of Norway has three membership categories that includes family members:
Active members - $10.00 per year
Associate members - $25.00 per year
Honorary members - No membership fees required

The cost of membership excludes the cost of the food for the Sunday that you serve. Coffee and lemonade are provided by the House.
